Sorry folks it has been a while since the last update. so lets do a lil catching up. We have now run 5 races in the 4 cyl. car. After an 11th that was met with a 12th place in the second run out there, 3rd time out had a good start and on a restart from red flag I stalled the car, the positions I lost at that point I could not make back up and finished 17th, Firecracker night I gave the fans a smoke show, but not in a good way on about lap 30 going into turn 3 my engine blew up sky high the whole drivers compartment filled with smoke, that night I finished 22nd DNF #1 of the season. I have to thank Kenny Mills, Wally Clark and Austin Towle for helping me get my back up engine into the car in time to get back on the track for the next 4 cyl event. In that next event I tried a few different things driving the car and was able to get my first career 4 cyl top 10 finishing 10th.

Since the last update I have ran 3 full size races. The first of which was quite possibly the best race I have ran in that car. Started 6th hung out there til I got shuffled to the back but chipped my way back up to 10th for my second top 10 of the season. The next time out the car ran well again and was running around 11th with about 6-7 laps to go when an over eager driver tried to slam his way past me and when that didnt work he tried to go high where he hit another car into my front end. The next lap I came to turn 1 I went to make my entry and the car went straight. Luckily I got the car slowed before contacting anythin or anyone. Ended up busting the radiator and finishing the race 14th. 2 weeks later with a new Radiator in the car we drew for starting positions and I drew the pole and took the spot. On the green flag I held the lead until turn 3(the first time I have ever lead a race) the car was real loose off turn 4 but I did what I could with it. After going a lap down the faster cars were working the high side around me when the 64 of Rosenblatt got loose coming down the track where I was coming up I went low to avoid contact I myself went sideways into the grass off turn 2 as the car almost came to a stop I hit a rut and the car lifted on to the drivers side door and came to a stop there. The red flag was flown and I have to say thanks to the Monadnock infield workers and Speedway Safety Services for there quick response to my wreck. They rolled me back over. I had a flat LF tire and the engine was flooded. I was towed off the track when we reached my pit stall Wally Clark and Paul Barnard (thanks so much guys) started changing the tire as I got the car fired up. They got the tire changed and I went back on the track missing only 8 laps to Complete the race. That was an awesome accomplishment. We ended the race 16th but I will take that finish because we did finish. I now sit 11th in points 20 out of the top 10.

This week we have the on track party please come down and say hi to all of your favorite drivers. Til next time be safe!
