so this past week We made a debut in the 4 cylinder enduros. It is a 91 Honda Prelude. There was a quiet a buzz goin around on how we would do in a new division with a new car and new competitors to deal with. I started the race 7th and elected to start right in that spot. At the start I stayed right in the top 10 for the majority of the race. A new task for me is passing cars as I'm used to being passed. For the first 10 or so laps I made a couple passes but made them a little bit harder than they had to be. About lap 10 I was coming out of turn 2 when I kinda chopped down on the 308 on accident. The car went completely sideways but I regained control and continued on. Around lap 15 I was running high to pass that very same 308 into turn 3 when I just about had him cleared and I was looking at the infield for the second time of the night this time I believe it was an intentional hit but again I regained the control and continued on. the rest of the race went pretty calm. When it was all said and done I finished the race in 11th place in my first time out there. I have to say I had an absolute blast in the car and can not wait to do it again.  I want to extend gratitude to the competitors of the 4 cylinders for racing me clean and welcoming me into the diivision. Until next time have a good one folks!
